Guarantee Our Chock is designed from one solid steel rod and has no moving parts. We have never had a chock fail, crack or warp. For these reasons we can offer you a LIFETIME replacement warranty against manufactory defects. If you feel that your chock has failed because of a manufactory defect please contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will need to mail the chock to us. WE do not warranty paint chipping or pealing.

Defective Products Any product that is defective including paint defects will be replaced at no cost to you. You must
contact us within 20 days of date shipment. All defective products require a DMA number (Defective
Merchandise Authorization) you will need to contact us in order to receive
this number. Please remember that there will be a small area were the metal will show under the hook. This happens during the painting stage because the chocks are hung when being painted and dried.

Returns Merchandise that is customized is not returnable unless there is an error
caused by us. Items that are
from are standard stock are returnable within 20 days from date of shipment.
The customer will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the product
back to us on returned items unless the item is being returned because of
an error caused by us. All returns require a RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) you will need to contact us in order to receive
this number.

Shipping We ship using the USPS. During check out you will be
able to choose a shipping option. You will receive a tracking number when applicable, via e-mail when your product ships.

WARNING: This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with EZ-CHOCK. This product will not necessarily prevent all accidents. Proper adult supervision is required at all times.
CAUTION: EZ-CHOCK is not intended for any other use other than to be used over a door hinge. EZ-CHOCK may not be used as a anchor point or used to attach any devise where a vertical drop is attempted.
